The energy is transferred to the pumped liquid (concentrate) by mixing with the driving liquid (water). Scope of application: The mixer is suitable for the production of stable and homogeneous emulsions in a wide range of concentrates. All water-soluble cooling lubricant concentrates can be mixed. The mixer is ideal for filling individual machines or containers. With a drum roller, the concentrate drum with the screwed mixer can be easily transported to the individual machines. The mixer can be screwed on without any problems. The connection to the drinking water line must be made via a system separator type: CA, it is suitable for the liquid categories: 1, 2, 3, according to DIN EN 1717. The specified system separator is not included in the scope of delivery. Construction features: Shapely and stable polyamide housing with glass fibre for direct screwing onto the concentrate barrel. Jet device with propulsion nozzle. A regulating valve with zero shut-off for stepless adjustment of the mixture from 0 - 10%.
